In-Person Requirement
Per the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act, all commissioning and notarization must take place in the physical, in-person presence of the Notary. We do not offer virtual or “online-only” notarization as it is not legally recognized for the services we provide.
Identity Verification
Clients must present at least one valid, original government-issued photo ID. Photocopies or digital images of IDs are not sufficient for the verification process.
Drafting & Preparation
While we provide Certified Translation and help with OSAP Affidavits, the client is responsible for the legal accuracy of any pre-drafted documents they bring. Ink & Seal is not responsible for the rejection of documents by third parties due to incorrect content provided by the client.
Payment & Cancellations

Fees are determined by the type and number of documents.

Multi-document packages are available.

Mobile Notary services incur an additional travel fee, which will be disclosed prior to the appointment.
