General Notary Questions
Can I get my documents notarized online or virtually?
No. Under Ontario law, there is no such thing as a “virtual” notary for the services we provide. All notarization and commissioning must be performed in the physical, in-person presence of the Notary Public to be legally valid.
What identification do I need to bring?
You must bring at least one original, valid government-issued photo ID, such as a Canadian Passport or Ontario Driver’s License. Photocopies or digital images of IDs are not accepted.
Should I sign my documents before I arrive?
No. Do not sign any documents beforehand. The law requires the Notary Public to witness your signature in real-time to verify its authenticity.

Do you provide notarization for OSAP Affidavits?
Yes. We specialize in student support, including Common-law status, Income verification, and Marital status affidavits for OSAP applications.
Can you help with Visa Invitation Letters?
Yes. We attest invitation letters for family visits, convocations, and spousal visas, ensuring they meet the requirements of immigration authorities.
Do you offer services in other languages?
Yes. Mehakpreet Randhawa and her team provides professional, certified translation services for Punjabi and Hindi documents.
What is an “Alive Certificate”?
This is a document required by pensioners living abroad to confirm their status to continue receiving benefits. We provide these for international and domestic pension authorities.
Mobile & Appointment Questions
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes. If you cannot visit our Brampton office, we offer mobile visits to your home, office, or hospital for an additional travel fee.
Are you available on weekends?
Yes. We understand that legal needs can be urgent, so we offer weekend appointments to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer discounts for multiple documents?
Yes. We offer special packages for clients who have more than one document to be notarized during a single appointment.
