We act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring your documents are properly executed, identities are verified, and fraud is deterred.
Service Included:
- Administering Oaths & Affirmations: Official witnessing for Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, and name change applications.
- Certified True Copies: Comparing photocopies to original documents (passports, birth certificates, diplomas) and declaring them accurate reproductions under an official seal.
- Witnessing of Signatures: Verifying the identity of the signer and witnessing the physical execution of legal agreements and contracts.
- Certifying IDs & Educational Documents: Official verification of identification and academic credentials for professional or immigration purposes.
How We Work
- Preparation: Bring your original documents and at least one valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License).
- In-Person Meeting: Visit our Brampton office; the law requires you to be physically present to swear an oath or sign the document.
- Seal & Certification: After verifying your identity and witnessing the signing, we affix the official Notary Seal to ensure the document is legally binding.
